There were so many little details and a few ‘unexpected’ twists in our plan, but you made it work so well. We thank you, too, for being so generous in helping us with some of the not-on-the-list items. You saved my ‘hacking style’ from marring your finished product. Louise is very grateful for that.

I want to thank you for all of your hard work and guidance throughout the remodel of my kitchen and bath. This was the first time I relinquished all of the responsibilities to a contractor and it has been a true pleasure working with both of you. Chris’ diligence and patience in setting up the design and following up through the project went above and beyond my expectations. Mike’s craftsmanship, attention to detail, and follow through in keeping the project running smoothly is evidence of your experience and fine project management skills.
I have worked with other contractors in my professional life, but no others come close to the level of commitment that you both put into your work. Your attention and respect for time lines, budgets, and your customer are higher than I have ever encountered. I have not had the honor, prior to working with you, of having consistency in meeting schedules and keeping regular communication throughout a long project. You have your quality bar set high and continuously meet it.
The cabinets are beautiful, the counters gorgeous, and the rooms tie together beautifully. I love the way they came together; they surpassed my vision. Please feel free to contact me as a future reference
Mike and Chris are so easy to work with. Could not say enough about their customer service. Job came out perfect and on time. Would highly recommend and absolutely use them again.
As you guessed I am golfing but want to put in my two cents worth. This is an unpaid advertisement BUT a very satisfied customer. Like I told two things my son said we must do before signing the contract. 1. Get References 2. Make sure the electricians and plumbers are on their payroll. We didn’t do either. All the subcontractors were great guys and here when scheduled to work. The plumber went above and beyond to help us when the downstairs toilet wouldn’t work several times. Mike’s suggestion of putting corian on the shower walls is terrific. It doesn’t show water spots there as well as the counter top keeping cleaning to a minimum. Our choosing a pattern for the shower door eliminates a lot of cleaning on my part. This is our only full bathroom and they had the shower functional for use within three days thank goodness. We hope to replace our kitchen counter top within the next year and won’t hesitate on having Giordano Cabinets do the job. We worked with both of you at the beginning and happily recommend you both.
